421 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 421 platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 421 website and services ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 421 ("Company"). Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full features of 421, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any financial transactions carried out.
Password Security
You are required to keep your account password confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 421 will never request your password via email, text message, or any unofficial communication channel.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately through the official channels on the Platform.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 421 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
- Attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with the Platform's systems or technical infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without written authorisation.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or any code that could damage the Platform's systems or harm other users.
- Filing false claims, providing misleading information, or attempting to deceive 421 or other users.
- Using another person's account or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
421 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any party found to be in violation of these rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 421 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Deposits are processed via approved payment methods, including local eWallets and Malaysian bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by 421 and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen method. Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same user's name. 421 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
All confirmed transactions are final and non-reversible except under circumstances specified by our policy. 421 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate payment information provided by the user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 421 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss.
In no event shall 421's total liability to any user exceed the amount paid by that user to 421 in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 421 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of 421 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from 421.
Third-Party Links
The 421 Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 421 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access such links at their own risk.
Account Policy, Suspension and Termination
421 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicious activity, fraud, or suspected money laundering has been associated with the account.
- The user provided false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with 421's inactive account policy.
- Upon request by the relevant authorities or by court order.
In the event of a suspension or termination, any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be processed in accordance with 421's standard procedures once the investigation is concluded, provided no breach of terms is established. Terms Amendments and Applicable Law
Terms Amendments
421 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable terms.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue using the Platform.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 421 Platform shall first be referred to negotiation. Should negotiation fail to resolve the matter, both the user and 421 agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
